VistaPix Media operates a East Coast & West Coast location. Our West Coast location opened in 2020 is located in Glendale, Arizona. Our East Coast location in Niceville, Florida is home to the first brick and mortar location of VistaPix Media. We opened the doors in July 2015 and haven’t looked back. Many people ask if Niceville a nice place to live or if the people are nice here. Well of course we think both! Our tiny but mighty staff is always happy to assist all of the customers even if they may live thousands of miles away from our door.
We see our share of school photos, Disney vacation trips, and even family Christmas photos but the photos that hit a little different are photos of the local history. Don’t get us wrong – we LOVE preserving all of your precious family memories, but we also enjoy seeing the local history of the place we call home.
On July 21, 1868 mail service began in the city once known as Boggy. Then on November 5, 1910 the name changed to Niceville. Two of our employees in the Niceville office have grown up in this town, so when a local customer walks in with local history they both get a little excited. It is an enjoyable experience to see bits of history of the area that was before their time. However, there have also been times when our local customers come in and drop off photos and video and they get to relive their own childhoods. They even get to see their old teachers, or family friends when they stop in the shop to drop off their items to get digitized. This small town may have a large turnover of people in the area due to the fact that it is located next to Eglin Air Force Base, but we still hold strong to our small-town feel.
We believe that our small-town feel shows through in our customer service even if you are not local to our office. If you call our store you do not get a robot you get real people! If we happen to miss your call because it is after hours or we happen to be on the other line we will call you right back. We are here to answer any of your questions you may have about your order or the digitizing process. If for some reason our staff is unable to assist with a question, then our owner jumps right in and helps you.
